Called to get a few questions answered before making a purchase through them. Blake picked up the phone and was eager to help. Answered all my questions and even went beyond and supplied me with a full parts list of the rest of the items I would need for my build (even parts I wouldn’t be purchasing through WFO)

Ordered their long arm set up for the JL. Love the product, friendly staff, install was straight forward on my end, went back for some rock rails they helped me pick to fit with the long arm kit, again friendly helpful staff, and got some merch while I was there. I would highly recommend their products for your next build.

Extremely knowledgeable and above beyond customer service!!!

I have used WFO Concepts over the years to 4-Link my CJ, LS swap it, shorten axles, install lockers and ring/pinion, and most recently provide parts for a disastrous trail fix during a holiday weekend. Not once have I had an issue with their work, their prices are extremely fair, and everyone there is extremely professional.

Trevor and his employees are always willing to go the extra mile to provide insight and experience to ensure you get what you need, even if it's just knowledge. I recommend WFO to anyone who has anything 4wd that needs parts or service.

Ive ordered a few small builder parts over the past few years for my CJ projects and they have been exactly what I expected. No drama.
Also called and tried to speak about shipping them my jeep for some suspension/driveline work above my level and I was immediately put on the phone with the owner Trevor who was a wicked nice guy. He proceeded to very politely tell me he wasnt interested in what I had in mind, but he still talked jeeps with me for 10 mins at the end of the day. Highly recommend these guys.

Also they took very good care of me when my order arrived with incorrect parts. They over night shipped the correct part at no charge!
