I had Wheatland Construction do some work for me on the new project I am working on. The guys that were doing the work were knowledgeable experienced men that did great work. I ran into an issue with the permit office and they had the right people to solve the issue and make the permit office happy again. Without them I might not have been able to continue with my project. They were great to work with and I personally appreciate that they were good Christian men.

Don't use them, work is sub-par and cost 2-3 times whatever they "estimate". My husband had to fix their work and they took twice as long as what they committed to, going long stretches with no one doing any work. No professional workers or crew ever did any of the work on anything, just random people working odd jobs or second jobs. They even charged us to fix their mistakes, because they failed to remember or document the instructions given. It is so disappointing
that things turned out so terrible, because I had heard such great things about them. So we won't be having them finish anything else.

Because of supply chain issues, there was a delay in building materials at times, but they delivered high quality work and was on top of keeping everything up to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any project. They were very responsive in resolving any issues that occurred during the construction process. Wheatland did some work on our upstairs bathroom and a basement bedroom. The bathtub upstairs had leaked and caused damage to the sheetrock in the bedroom's ceiling and wall. They did a great job in the bathroom, replacing the shower insert and laying a new floor. I love it. Then they removed the damaged sheetrock downstairs and replaced it. It looks SO much better. I have waited a few months to write this review because I wanted to keep an eye on the work they did and make sure it would hold up. It has held up perfectly and it looks so good. They are a wonderful group of people to work with. They were careful to communicate well and showed my husband and I respect when we had questions and were not sure of what we were doing. I recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.
