My unit failed just short of one year into use. I sent pictures of the installation and was told that it had not been properly installed because the door to the room it was in had a significant air gap at the bottom, and that the back side of the unit was in a small room with an HVAC unit. WhisperKool offered to repair the unit anyway so I shipped it to them and it was returned some weeks later. In the meantime, we contracted with a high-end cabinet maker to turn the room into a truly custom wine cellar, adding a door with double-pane window and sweeper seal on the bottom. The unit has been turned on for over a week and set at 58F. Most of the time when I check on it, it is not running, and the room is cool. Thank you, Cindi and Rachael!

Had a evaporator coil leak, unit was 15 years old, ordered new coil and valve. WhisperKOOL overnighted, received the next day and installed the next day. Thank you for your great service!
