Darcy was great to work with, we ended up with exactly what we were looking for with the dealership ordering it in for us. Ryan did our walk-thru, very thorough, very knowledgeable, took his time and pointed out things that would have been different and changed from past models. Dealership carries Forest River products. We have had Forest River campers for 14 years, and would not buy anything but. Highly recommend White Sands.. one of the nicer sales team we have encountered.

I just can’t say enough about the great experiences we had with the entire staff at White Sands RV! The finance department to the service department what great staff ! They really do care about their customers! Management should be proud of the staff they have created on board! The plus was they treated us like family welcoming us to their Thanksgiving buffet while we waited!

My experience with White Sands has been superb. Their customer service has been outstanding. My salesman James was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in getting me into the perfect RV. Sadie and all of the people in the service department have been second to none. The communication and treatment I have received by them is what all service departments should be. I could not recommend White Sands more for anyone looking for a great RV experience.

We had an emergency with our window shattering. The ladies in the service department were very nice and really wanted to help us. Informed us about the manufacturer of our trailer, information we needed to have before calling for warranty work and what to expect. We got crash wrapped for safe traveling. They got us right in and out, loved on our pups and were very inviting. We did not feel like they were bothered by us at all. Loved the hospitality, especially being 1000+ miles away from home.

We purchased a used RV. Lori in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable. There were a couple minor repairs needed, but they took care of them. My wife and I have been very happy with the RV and the whole experience with White Sands.

My husband and I were looking for an RV we could stay in long term and Lori showed us around and answered all our questions with no high pressure. We found the perfect one and I love our RV!! Lori is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. There were a few things that needed tweaking with our RV and Lori took care of us right away.

We had to schedule a repair on our slide, it was warranty work with Lippert. I called and spoke with Sadie. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She kept me posted every step of the process and most importantly she was able to schedule us to accommodate our travel schedule. Once we arrived for service, everyone was so kind and helpful. I honestly would give more stars if possible. Our repair was completed and exceeded our expectations!! Mark, the service tech was amazing.

I ordered a new 2025 Columbus 388FKH in November. Our camper arrived as advertised, and was thoroughly inspected and prepped prior to closing. The sales and service department of White Sands RV was thorough, efficient and very transparent. We recommend this dealership without hesitation!
