A few days before the holiday season, my 21-year-old gas furnace suddenly stopped working. I reached out to my usual HVAC service provider, which I have trusted for many years with my furnace and central air conditioner. Peyton and his team promptly arrived at my home, managed to get the furnace running again and identified that a new part was required for it to continue working optimally. I can't say enough good things about the service I received. I had struggled with my heater for years, and my house was always cold while the system just kept running nonstop. Right before a really cold spell, my heater stopped working completely. I reached out for help, and Bryce got back to me quickly, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. They came out to my house just a couple days later, ready to work. They removed my old heater and installed the new one fast, and they were very polite and professional the whole time. Williams & Sons HVAC sent Edwin to check our 17-year-old AC unit when it stopped blowing cold air. Edwin went up into the attic and discovered the issue: the drain tray was full of water, which triggered the safety switch to protect the system. He was the first AC technician to inspect the attic, and now our system is blowing cold air better than it has in years. Great job, Edwin! When it’s time to replace the unit, I will definitely reach out to them again and request Edwin.

I recently had a new whole-house HVAC system installed by Williams & Sons HVAC in Dana Point. I was very impressed with the team, from the estimator, Bryce, to the front office staff, to the installation crew. Each person I interacted with was polite and professional. I'm truly satisfied with their work and the entire experience. I didn't meet the owner, but it’s clear he has a great team; a positive atmosphere often comes from strong leadership. I love that when they answer the phone, they ask, 'How can I make you smile today?' That really reflects their customer-first attitude! The estimator was out the very next day after my initial call, which is impressive. Many companies give estimates but then take their time; Williams & Sons HVAC, however, scheduled my installation right after I made my deposit, which was amazing. While this is an honest review, I do want to mention a couple of minor things that could have been slightly better: First, I spoke with the estimator about a fallen air duct in my crawlspace and thought it would be fixed during the installation, but that wasn’t included. It might have just been a misunderstanding on my part, as Bryce was thorough and friendly. Second, at the end of the job, I reminded the crew to put some items back in place that they had moved, and they forgot to relight the pilot light on my water heater after working with the gas lines. I thought my water heater was broken for a week! No worries, though; the company sent someone out promptly to relight it after I called. There were some gaps around the new heater since it was narrower than the old one, and I’m a bit concerned about rodents getting in, so I’ll need to find a way to seal those spaces. The heater was never tested in the house, and with our warm weather, I'm a bit hesitant to turn it on, even though I’m sure it works. I also didn’t receive any paperwork or warranty details beyond the thermostat instructions, but the office is looking into that for me, and I’m confident it will be sorted out. These are all very minor points. If you’re considering a new HVAC system, definitely reach out to them! They worked hard, even cutting out some of my painted wallboard and putting it back seamlessly. They cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. After a long day of hard work—honestly, I didn’t even see them take a break—these small oversights are not a concern. Most importantly, every employee was courteous and helpful. The front office team is also fantastic, always cheerful and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful business!
