Up keep on landscaping is horrible. To pay $475.00 a month, I feel that our bushes around our porch should be kept trimmed. It looks like a forest. Terrible!! Water leaks on the inside of the sliding door and it's hard to open and close. Fire extinguisher has not been serviced in the four years I have lived here. My front door knob had broken while I was trying to lock my door and it was replaced with a knob from closet from the office instead of putting a new one on door.

For some reason, this place can't keep the owners! In less than three months we've had two different owners. My rent went up from 475 to 525 a month. I have PVC pipe as towel holders in bathroom. My electrical box is very outdated. Power surges. I could go on and on. Bathroom is awful. Landscaping is terrible. Definitely not worth paying 525 a month. Laundry room only has three washers and dryers for a very large complex. I have just gotten tired of reporting issues when the place can't keep owners. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Guess it's a good thing I have renter's insurance. The central unit Is as old as a dinosaur!

Its horrible they don't answer the phone don't fix anything in the apartment raised rent outta nowhere and no one let's you know when the employees have quit never in the office
