Will came out and took measurements 2-3 times .first quote was for 2 gates he quoted for 6 foot high gates after the masonary was completed he came out again to remeasure and do another quote for 4foot tall gates . He never put in the notes what color I wanted type of paint or the design. When my gates finally got here they were not what I thought I was getting big disappointment

My husband went into this shop about 2 hours ago to fix a part for the rv. He hasn't stopped talking about how great they are there. Lol, I don't think he has talked this much in a week. Great customer service, great price, very fast service, and just downright friendly. Thank you!

Once he has your $, your no longer a concern of his. He refuses to make any corrections, warranty work etc. I've been reaching out to him for 3 weeks. Hes ignored all my calls, text messages and he refuses to call me back. All I'm asking is for a copy of the work order and a receipt for my taxes. I've had 2 concerns about my gate that I wanted to discuss with AL but for whatever reason he will NOT acknowledge me. Once he has your $, your no longer a concern to him.
