First off, this is seriously a place where you can walk in, announce your own ignorance, and they WON’T take advantage of you. They are super helpful, and completely knowledgeable (even if you aren’t!).

Even better, they are scrupulously honest and kind. I dropped my wallet on the floor when I was leaving (totally didn’t notice). They called my work, having tracked down the number from my work ID, and even offered to drop it at my house. I picked it up, but my point is that these are good people. I’m no regular there, but I will never buy plumbing hardware anywhere else.

Nice store, the staff are quite helpful. I needed an expansion tank for my home heating and hot water system. Priced slightly above the online sellers, they had it in stock and that makes it a bargain. This is now my new go to spot for all plumbing & heating related needs.

I don't know who the other people are that rated this establishment at 5 stars but they clearly are employees or friends and families of those employees. I needed a mixing valve for a project that I am working on and went to all of the other stores that I could think of before coming to this place. The reason why I went to all those other places 1st was because, the people that work here Are blatantly rude and could not be less helpful, and treat people like they are stupid. It is not the 1st time in fact that is the reputation of this establishment. My advice is to buy somewhere else. These people obviously don't need or want your business.

Try updating your website when you're closed for inventory. It's not hard. My husband just wasted his time going to your store to learn your closed. Not even a sign at the store! Won't be going back ever. Come on. It's 2022. Clearly you don't value your customers or potential customers.

Went in there with little to no experience and told them what I was doing and what I was having issues with(replacing a leaky furnace fuel line, had crush sleeves that have failed) gave me everything I needed and told me to switch to flare connections. Served me right and saved me 50% of what Home Depot would have charged
