I have been fortunate to work with the office staff in our local Quincy office. The gals have been very helpful and gracious. WM management also agreed to donate a 4-yard dumpster for our non-profit Indian Valley Museum to use at our huge Cowboy Breakfast fundraiser on the 4th of July. And finally, the gentlemen who come to my house to pick up the trash on Fridays are great! They are friendly and helpful. We really appreciate them.

As a senior citizen I love this facility. Everything is clearly marked, it's easy to drop off everything from corrugated cardboard and other recyclables to straight up junk that just needs to be thrown away. The folks there are helpful. Makes a dump run actually fun.

I was not able to pay my bill because I lost my job. Then I am caring for a husband recovering from 5 strokes, was flown to Renown & hospitalized for awhile, followed by rehab.

WM provides consistent reliable ongoing garbage home pickup service. The fee is affordable. They text notifications of service interruptions. The truck workers leave the garbage can out of drivers' way. I appreciate them. Office personnel have always been responsive.

WM in Chester, CA is our only trash pickup service. However they do a good job for a reasonable price. They come on a weekly schedule for Household trash on Monday and recyclables on Wednesday, including holidays. Trucks are reasonably maintained.
