Leo and his team were a pleasure to work with! After four unsuccessful months of working with a previous contractor for a kitchen and partial bathroom renovation, I reached out to Leo for help. He was immediately responsive, kind, and was clear in explaining what needed to be repaired and done in order to get the job done right.

His communication is top notch! Leo checked in everyday during construction to explain what the day's agenda was and checked in each evening to review what was accomplished. His attention to detail is praiseworthy and very much appreciated. Leo offered design recommendations that have transformed my kitchen into a beautiful and warm space for me and my family.

His team was at my home each day working hard and never once were they a no show. He even cleaned out and organized my garage just because and it looks amazing.

We are delighted with the results of our bathroom remodeling project, and we greatly enjoyed the experience of working with Leo and the Woodland Building and Remodeling team (Jose and Jeffrey). We contracted Woodland to renovate our primary bathroom and a guest bathroom. The project involved installing automated skylights, heated floors, large format tiles (4’x2’), low profile shower sills, a floating shower bench, a Toto “smart toilet”, sound-proofed walls, and recessing an upper vanity cabinet with custom framed mirrors. The workmanship is impeccable, and the team worked with conscientious regard for keeping our living spaces clean and orderly. The overall experience has left us contemplating more renovation projects to tackle!... A big “thank you” to Leo, Jose and Jeffrey for delivering a project that exceeded our expectations!

Many thanks to Leo, Jose and Pablo for our recently completed kitchen and dining room gut reno and updated powder/laundry room. They were a pleasure to work with, the work was done so meticulously, and we couldn’t be happier with the process and the end result. Leo communicated well throughout the construction. He was either on-site or checked in each day to make sure we were happy with the day’s work and to let us know what was upcoming.

The project included removing a wall, taking the space down to the studs, adding a new window, replacing tile with hardwood to blend with other rooms, and building out a full custom kitchen. Of course in our 1966 home, they uncovered a variety of problems, but Leo and crew didn’t take any shortcuts fixing them and kept us informed. Their experience showed in creative problem-solving, and I could tell that Leo just loves to make things right.

Leo was also so helpful in making design recommendations, helping us to work through the options like lighting, paint colors, and molding. In the end, every one of his recommendations gave us both a beautiful and functional space that makes us smile every day.
