Phenomenal work and a great customer experience! I brought my desert dynamics sand car to Johnny and his team to repair a mangled bulkhead that I initially had hoped to straighten and gusset. Johnny was able to quickly assess that the existing bulkhead had sustained too much damage and needed to come out. He was able to quickly remove it, draw it up in CAD, make a new one on the table, repair all the other tabs that had sheared and get it all burned in and put back together in a day. Super impressed with the precision work, quality welding and overall knowledge on building structure and support that was needed to reinforce this chassis. I would highly recommend taking any fabrication projects to Johnny and his team. They really know their stuff when it comes to Offroad fabrication. Thank you guys for the beautiful work!

This place was a great find and right here close by in San Marcos. Johnny is great to work with and listened to my needs. He came up with an awesome solution to my custom tow bar attachment setup that needed to be reworked after I installed an aftermarket winch bumper. I tow my SUV behind my RV and a flat trailer is not really an option for me. Johnny worked out an awesome solution and got me back on the road for my big upcoming 3,000 mile road trip. While I cannot speak for other vehicles first hand. I can in fact rely on this shop for my JKU. Needless to say, any time once shown up there are a multitude of rigs from samurai’s to TJ’s, CJ’s and XJ’s . I’m sure the owners of those other vehicles also comfortably rely on Wood’s. Johnny is very fast, transparent and honest which builds an unmatched shop experience with more knowledge than you can imagine and more than enough experience and skills. I can honestly refer to this place as the doctor for my Jeep in how well things are managed and and communicated. (Fresh axle shafts and diff cover that he actually machined due to my order error)
