Didn’t get to complete a transaction with them, which is a shame as I’m a dealers dream for buying (Quick, serious, great credit). They were atrocious on their trade in offer for a 2 year old bike in excellent condition. I get trades are lower than market, but they offered less than half what the current cycle trader rate was at competing dealers in the area. I mean I would have seriously considered something more reasonable and bought a bike from them, but they weren’t even in the realistic deal range. The sales guy was rather rude too, insulting the bikes value when I called them on the lowball. They could have just politely said they don’t have an interest in a deal.

So lesson for them - you lost a great customer. Hopefully others have a better experience.

This place is tremendous! It has an amazing selection of UTV's, Motorcycles, and powersport gear! I was fortunate enough to purchase a helmet, goggles, and gloves, for my son and daughter! The staff was great and the facility was immaculate. I will definitely doing be coming here for some equipment!

Great service and good prices. When my husband and I went in to browse we didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and they let us know all of our options. My husband bought a bike that day and we took it home and they were able to set up a transfer to get me the bike I wanted in the color I wanted. A week and a half later and my bike was ready for me to come get. Their new location is great and any bikes in the future I'll go back again.

Night and day difference from the big city dealerships! I recently purchased a new Honda here. I came in a little stressed about this process, but Saxon has made the experience relaxing and pleasant. He stayed honest, attentive, professional, and respectful the whole time, and helped me find the best way for me to buy a brand-new bike. It was well worth the 45 minutes trip, and I'd do it again no doubt.

Just bought my first brand new bike, 2022 z650 anniversary from Work and Play Powersports. Had plenty of bikes in the past but never bought from a dealer. Had Saxon helping me through the process. With test ride and everything I was out under an hour. Saxon was a great help, I would definitely recommend Work and Play for any of your power sport needs.

Had a great experience with work and play power sports.... my wife and I purchased the 2019 1000r yxz and we love it... the employees were great to us thanks for a great experience ?
