My husband and I took on a complete tear down and rebuild of our home in north San Diego County. We chose to work with World International Truss because from the very beginning, when only asking for a quote, Francisco gave us world class customer service! We cannot praise this company and Francisco enough. Every time I would call, he picked up the phone. When I asked questions, he explained it to me and I understood. The level of communication is superior to so many companies we've worked with in the process of rebuilding our home. I always felt like they truly cared. I felt like I was being treated like family. They insured the trusses were engineered and built to the specifications of his plans. They delivered when promised and worked with our crane schedule so we could unload directly from the truck.
