The last four times my order has been wrong. The first one they had to redo 4 times. I made the last time word with some twisting. Each order took a little longer to make. The last time was wrong but I can make it up on the next piece. They told me their sheetmetal man would be gone for a month. These were one piece orders. I have a lot of time so there's no rush. But it appears someone is trying to discourage me from bringing my business. The prices seem to reflect that also. Maybe someone will have the courage to man up and explain things. I can take it.
