The delivery men were prompt and professional. They took away the old washer, setup the new washer and dryer with no problems. They were very conscientious about not damaging the appliances or the house while delivering the new appliances. Great job!

Ordering was simple; communication throughout the delivery process was perfect; and the two gentlemen who delivered my two mattresses (and removed two old ones) were prompt, highly professional, and very pleasant. A+ all around…

Delivery was ok - until they installed the stove. It tripped the breakers when we powered up the panel. After a couple of hours of trouble shooting it was found that a jumper had not been removed from the connection block. Also the wiring was not properly protected with a grommet where it entered the stove (code violation).

Installation was free, I guess you get what you pay for...

Ordered a washer dryer direct from LG. Delivered by RXO. Some confusion at first because we scheduled delivery via the LG website, but that date didn't mean anything, since the delivery goes through a last mile delivery service so your delivery date will be determined by them. Nonetheless, we were able to pick a delivery date within the same week of the LG date, and RXO did a great job staying in touch via email, text, and phone calls. They arrived at the early end of their delivery window and the guys were very courteous and knowledgeable.

2 guys came to deliver our Peloton bike. Courteous and professional. Came in my home, wiped their feet, spoke like gentleman and set up my bike. Cleaned up and were in and out very quickly. They knew exactly what to do.

I saw a lot of negative reviews about XPO online and was concerned about what my experience was gonna be, too. The thing is, people who have good reviews about a product or company don't usually take the time and effort to come online and rave about it. I bought an LG dryer and had it delivered by XPO to my home today. From start to finish, the communication and service were excellent, both from LG and XPO. I received frequent updates about my delivery right up to the point that they arrived in my driveway. The two men who delivered and installed my dryer were timely, polite, careful, respectful of my home, answered my questions, and took their time to ensure I was comfortable with the product before they left. I'm giving 5 stars to XPO simply because it is well-deserved. Some say you should learn from others' experiences / mistakes....I say we should be aware and make our own. I certainly won't disregard the negative things people have to say because I respect their opinions and experiences and feel awful that it happened. However, I'm grateful to be one who had something positive to share about XPO on this platform.
