This company has no customer service. I first tried to contact XPOWER directly about how much pressure drop is caused by XPOWER replacement HEPA filters, and about the maximum CFM they can be fully effective at. XPOWER never responded after two weeks, and still hasn't to this day. I then contacted Air Chaser, which is located in the same building and is likely the same company. Air Chaser responded and said they would follow up with the answers in a day, but Air Chaser has never responded with anything for multiple weeks.

I have been needing a large HEPA filter to assemble a negative air machine, with a flexible duct, debris can, filters, and a strong inline fan. The negative air machine is urgently required for important projects that shall not be delayed nor proceed without it. Shop vacuums are not sufficient for large debris collection, high volume dust collection while sawing fiberglass tubs, grinding concrete, and cutting lead plumbing, and cannot be used to create a negative air space or quickly clean the air. A whole air scrubber is exorbitantly expensive and heavy, and we have already used a strong inline fans to create a negative air machine that worked well, except with a small household HEPA filter that was too restrictive and not effective when higher CFMs were forced through. It is absurdly difficult to know what is a good HEPA filter that is effective at high CFMs, low pressure drop, and isn't unnecessarily large or expensive, because air scrubber companies like XPOWER have no customer service.

Do not respond with instructions for how to contact you again, as I already have, and there's no reason it should require a 1-star review for you to finally respond. All prospective customers deserve customer service without having to post a 1-star review for you to react to. Only respond with the answers or to announce you have answered all customer emails. Do not pretend to be sorry, as I have already explained the importance multiple times and the lack of customer service when contacting you the second time.

Suzanne has been AMAZING to work with and she has gone ABOVE & BEYOND!!! Because of this GREAT customer service we have already order our 3rd cage driver and we will be replacing all our older ones as they go out with this brand! We Highly recommend them!! 🤓

Leaving this review as a manager under the business owner. We reached out to XPower regarding a purchased air mover/kennel dryer that is still under warranty. We started using this dryer with ONE groomer when we opened doors end of January 2022. It started having issues within 1.5 months of using it. When we reached out to customer service, we were told by Edgardo that they would not pay for a prepaid shipping label for the unit (25lbs) and that we had to pay for shipping. We were certainly shocked as its still under warranty and most businesses would pay for shipping with that being certain. We paid UPS $151.05 for shipping. The owner spoke with a gal in upper management and the only suggestion she gave us/offered us was we GO BACK to UPS and get the unit back, get a refund from UPS and if we paid XPower 50$, they would send us a label. This was a mistake on their employees part for not informing us of this offer and we think they should pay for the shipping. The cost to ship the unit to them for repair is almost HALF of a brand new unit. Terrible first encounter with XPower customer service, we will not be purchasing any units from them in the future.

A los 30 dias que adquiri una B16 para mi PETSALON en California y se comenzó a partir en pedazos con solo moverla. Siempre fui FAN de esta marca, y tengo ya 10 años con la primera que compre y sigue intacta, pero ahora su calidad es TERRIBLE.
El departamento de garantías me dijo que bajo las fotos que les envié la garantía no procede pues parecía que se me había "caido", por favor! Jamás hubiera contactado si esto hubiera pasado. No vuelvo con X POWER
