Eddie has done the tile work for 2 remodel jobs in my home; the kitchen 2 years ago and recently a master bath and I am very happy with both! He communicated well through out the projects, pays great attention to the fine details, and he is a really nice person! I will call him again for the next project.

Eddie has done all the floors in my house, a few other things here and there and even a really nice deck outside that wraps around the pool. His quality of work is very high, and he is very talented. Everything always comes out exceptional. I wouldn't hire anyone else for my home improvement needs.

Finding a good contractor these days is a tremendous challenge to say the least.... especially in NWA where there is so much growth. I'm not sure I want to write this review for Yalacki Construction because as far as my husband and I are concerned, they are a diamond in the midst of a bunch of coal... and I'd kinda like to keep them a secret so they are available when I call them!

We hired Eddie and his crew on a major home remodel this past Spring: they built us a beautiful deck complete with an outdoor bathtub (yes, we can have bubble baths in the woods now), an entire wall of built in closet storage, put in a 3rd full bathroom in our basement, and more. What I LOVE most about working with them was that Eddie treated our job as if it was work being done at his own home. I watched him repeatedly have things re-done if they didn't meet his expectations and the level of quality he demands from his team or a sub he might have been using. His work is TOP NOTCH, his people are polite, clean up after themselves each day, and best of all, are extremely skilled at whatever they do be it framing, woodworking, deck-building, plumbing, electrical - everything.

Eddie was obviously determined to deliver what he promised to us without compromise. He is also fair - fair prices for excellent workmanship. We liked working with Yalacki Construction so much that we recommended him to my parents who have already hired his company to paint and refinish the floors in their entire home, as well as completely remodeling the master bath. Now my father is hiring them a second time to finish a 1000 sq ft section of his basement and turn it into a woodworking shop.

Need I say more? I am happy to be a reference for them if you want to know more. In my opinion I don't know why you haven't already called them.... you will be happy you did.

Eddie remodeled our bathroom. He served as the contractor, scheduling all other professional electricians and plumbers. He installed the tile himself. We found him to be professional, personable, and highly qualified.

Shepard flooring and construction did and excellent job on our office flooring. The quality of looks great! I shopped for my own flooring material because I thought I could save money that way but his options were better and cheaper that what I found. For the overall job, he charged half of what the general contractor quoted. Would highly recommend.

We hired Eddie to install a porcelain tile floor in several areas of our new construction house. We found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and affordable and he did a great job. The floor looks beautiful!
