I placed an order online for in store delivery to this location. Initially I received a notification stating that my order was "processing", then I received a notification that my order was "cancelled".

I made a phone call to Yankee Candle @ this location and spoke to Nika who was outstanding with her understanding and customer service. Although I had to pay again for the order that was on sale, she honored it and informed me that if I had any issues with getting my refund from the cancellation to follow up with her.

large store that smells great. easy to navigate with a stroller. some good sales. you can pay with your Mohegan credits. some coupons you get in the mail don't work here

Nice place to visit when you are around the mohegon sun arena.
I was amazed to see different types,shapes and colourful candles in this shop.
Most of them are affordable as they offer huge discounts on their products.
If you are looking for some perfumed candles for your house and car,you can find them here.

They sell different gift items which looks nice and look very eligent.
Staff was really helpful and attentive
