I am grateful they have a presence in small town Kansas, as they provide big city professionalism and expertise while understanding our practical needs and at an affordable price. I was referred by a friend to Schedule a time to speak with one of the accountants for our small business needs. There was never any mention of a consultation fee and we ended up getting a bill in the mail from them for 15 minutes of talking. Although we still haven’t filed our taxes because of Covid this was definitely a deterrent from considering doing any further business. I understand consultation fee’s..in a small community it should be voiced prior or at the meeting rather than left alone until two months later then sending out a bill.

Horrible service & she guessed my taxes to be almost 4k more than what the irs thought it was. We got 3.5k less than what was on the paper. She charged us quadruple what anyone else would have. & just like the liars they are, they sold my bill to a collector just hours after I made a payment on it. They say they are loyal 😳
