I cannot say enough great things about Jon Yoder and his crew! They were fantastic! We bought a house and within a week of calling him for a quote he was able to start installing new floors and remodeling my bathroom. Jon's communication is top notch and I always was kept in the loop ranging from arrival times (which were always punctual) to small hiccups that we encountered throughout the remodel. Even with the small delays Jon was always able to find a quick and cost effective way to address each and every issue. Attention to detail is a must for Jon and I was grateful to see a contractor care for my home the way I do. All of Jon's crew was polite, hard working, and efficient. Marlin was fantastic and very quick to install the floors while Jon worked on the bathroom with two other members of his crew. I would recommend Yoder Construction to anyone in the Fairbanks/North Pole area without hesitation. Can't wait for Jon to install my new doors and windows!
