Had an emergency (;the day after Christmas Day )called and Tammy answered the phone, what a customer service ! Within 3 hours the guys were able to come in, explained in detail what was going on, price up front, the guys were so pleasant, detailed oriented and funny! If you need a RELIABLE company THIS IS THE ONE !

Our septic was clogged and toilet water was pushing back into our bathtubs. We just bought our house this year and didnt know where our tank was. Tammy called me back promptly same day and helped to reassure me. Before I knew it Jason and Scott were in the yard, had located the tank and were fixing our issue. Jason and Scott answered all of our questions and humored our 4 year old daughter. They were sweet and patient with our puppy.

Excellent service, excellent price, we will never call anyone else beside Tammy and her guys! They got life long customers with us.

Called to get a quote for a pump out. Quote was lower than another company I called and was told they could do it the same day. The guys showed up on time and quickly took care of the pump out. The guys game me pointers to help with maintenance going forward. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I will definitely use this company for my future needs.

Absolutely the best service. Tammy was excellent to communicate and set up with. Appointment set within a week. Jason and Ricky were professional, friendly and honest. Pump out was fast and easy. When they were done, you couldn't even tell they had been there or had dug. Won't go any where else.

We had a septic back up and emergency need for pumping at our rental property in Young Harris, GA. I spoke with them around 11 that morning after calling many others who could not get me on the books. Mrs. Roberts was quick to get me in after their first scheduled pumping that day and made it to my place before 3pm. I was so thankful. She repaired anything needed and recovered the area, all in a timely manner considering the septic hadn't been uncovered in several years. Thank you again!!
