These guys not only got my broken neon sign fixed and glowing nicely once again, they did it *free of charge* after a several-month challenge that wasn't even their fault (neon sign repair is something they outsource)! Young Sign Company provided the best experience I’ve ever had with a business. My garden club ‘s native plant garden needed an informational sign to explain the benefits of having native plants in a garden or landscape. Young SIgn Company gave knowledgeable advice and expert suggestions to my group in the creation and placement of the sign. It is the perfect complement to our garden, beautiful and informative.

The experience with Young Sign Company was terrible at best. From beginning to end the request for the vinyl lettering for our truck and travel trailer had to be hand walked by me, the paying customer. We received the proof for the graphic on the morning of the deadline, the installer came 3 hours prior to the office closing, and to add insult to injury there was an error in the installation. After calling the company to inquire about the fix to my problem, it was suggested to have it fixed when I was back in town....unacceptable. After an unpleasant and rude conversation with the owner I was told someone would be out after 5pm. If you use this company make sure you request status updates to ensure deadlines are met, communicate via email and hold them to their word. I am sure that if you look around, like I should have done, you will find a better price and service elsewhere.

The team at Young Sign Company consistently goes above and beyond expectations when it comes to signs, banners, electronic advertising and downtown investment. Recently we completed the Banner of Honor project featuring Veteran Banners downtown and they turned out amazing. We also completed a Street Pole Banner project with 60+ banners and again, awesome, on time and reasonably priced. When you visit downtown, the most creative signs are products of Ann Hoins' creativity and the staffs production and installation. We are proud that Young Sign Company is located in historic downtown Leavenworth and is an asset to the entire metro KC area.

I hoped to use a local small business but regrettably Young Sign Company failed to meet expectations. I met with them to outline the project. A courteous staff answered my questions, took measurements, and said they would email the estimate. After about a week, I called inquiring about the estimate. The receptionist apologized for the wait indicating it shouldn’t take so long and promised to send it soonest. I called again after a couple days and still no estimate. The receptionist apologized and promised to call back. Now over two weeks have passed. I called today with more apologies but still no estimate. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
