Besides building us the most awesome house in the entire county, they did it with genuine care, love, a smile and an amazing team of people! They kept to the budget and communication was also on point. Mike and Peggy, Zag Built Homes built our award winning home and it is amazing. They are easy to work with, stay on budget, and really work hard to make the experience positive and rewarding. Many folks warned us that building a home is stressful, but Mike and Peggy were with us at every step of the way and we really can't remember their being any stress. We have owned a Zag Built home for four years. And love it! Interesting and innovative use of modern design ideas and materials before other contractors in the area. Just one example. Our home has a hidden pantry, my favorite room in the house, just open the cabinet doors and walk in. Also wonderful use of ceiling treatments and lighting.

When looking for a builder you need to look no further. Mike (and ZAG) takes pride in his work and it shows. Just walk through and you will have no doubts. I have walked through hundreds of new homes over the years that are built on spec. I was shocked to learn most of his homes that he builds are not, in fact, they might as well be custom because he is a perfectionist. Both the workmanship and craftsmanship is impeccable. Built as if he was going to live in it himself. Amazing at his craft.
