I found this place after a long day of work. It definitely surprised me! It’s authentic street food. It has good food, good vibe, and good music. They have a pop-up live house. Make my day! You must try the beef or lamb sandwich, wide potato noodles, and Spicy Potato. And don’t forget to order Yogurt for dessert.

I’ve been a loyal customer ever since the owner first opened as a small food stand, and I’m beyond proud to see how far they’ve come! The food here is consistently flavorful, authentic, and comforting.

The lamb sandwich (羊肉夹饼) is a must-try — packed with tender, juicy lamb and bursting with rich spices, it’s hands down one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The fried rice, lamb soup, and cold cucumber dish(凉拌黄瓜) are also top-notch, full of bold, savory flavors that bring me back every time.

You can truly taste the love and care in every dish. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone who loves hearty and delicious Northwestern Chinese cuisine!

First time eating this homemade soup made with lamb meat and these fat noodles. Delicious. I'm from Mexico and never tried anything like this, it's very soothing to eat, combined with the toasted spicy bread.
Very relaxed music almost like 94.7 the wave. They sometimes have live music too. Staff is very polite and always eager for a conversation.

Don't forget the pickles which are very satisfying to munch on. 🤓

Also the delicious frozen yogurt 😋

So glad they have a store and new dishes
We ordered the potato noodles that we missed the most and the new Jincheng Traditional Lamb Stew With Bread and lamb sandwiches.

We love lamb.
The meat was tender, juicy and delicious!

The mutton is soft and tender, the mutton soup is rich in flavor, and you will have endless aftertaste after tasting it.
About Lamb sandwiches
The natural flavors of the lamb are blended with a complex blend of smoked and barbecue flavors, with a subtle heat from hints of cumin and chili.

All the meals we loved.
Traditional Lamb Stew and Lamb sandwiches become our favorite now.

The lamb sandwich was delicious, and the yogurt dessert was also pretty good. However, the flavor of the potato noodles was quite average. It felt like the heavy sesame paste taste overwhelmed everything else. I personally prefer the potato noodle shop in San Gabriel. The staff were very friendly, but if two people are dining inside, the loud music feels a bit jarring.

Super delicious Lanzhou food that you can’t find anywhere else! I lived in Lanzhou for 20 years and everything tastes like hometown. The lamb stew with bread is a must! And the yogurt is very special and delicious. Very clean place. We had a great time there.

Stopped by Vons for some shopping and accidentally discovered this restaurant! Let me tell you- the lamb here is the best I’ve ever had in the U.S. So tender, so flavorful! What a great find !

It looks so good and smells so good but this tasted horrible! Artificial tasting and the noodles tasted plastic. Maybe it’s an acquired taste but don’t trust the 5 start rating.
